The Evolution of DominateIM

When DominateIM first started, it was supposed to teach a mixture of blackhat and whitehat techniques. Over the past few months though, the site has evolved from its blackhat origins. This, I think is for the better. Rob (Nevarc) is now the one obviously running the show as he is the man behind all of the recent trainings and videos. Instead of focusing on tactics Myspace, Craigslist and other blackhat exploits, Rob is really showing us how build a real business using a mixture of online and offline strategies. This is what really differentiates DominateIM from all the other internet marketing courses out there. Let me demonstrate this by discussing some of the new aspects of the site.

Direct Mail

This is the most current video training that Rob is doing. Most affiliate marketers know about online advertising methods, like PPC, PPV, Media Buys, etc, but the offline market is almost completely untapped. It really is unbelievable how much money making potential there is with direct mail. Rob is using a live site to demonstrate his methods, and so far we have seen how to setup our own site, and where to go to find our direct mail lists. This training was just started recently, but I'm really looking forward to the rest of the series.

Product Creation

Sure, we can make lots of money promoting other people's products or CPA offers, but where real big money can be made is by creating our own product. So for example, instead of promoting Acai Berry products with your flog, the product creation training series is showing us how to create our own branded product (Acai, Resveratrol, whatever). Rob is going over everything, from finding a lab to create a product and getting custom labels designed to getting the product on a CPA network and setting up the backend.

EliteROI

EliteROI is the new CPA affiliate network created by Rob and a few others, and it is only open to super affiliates that he personally knows, and DominateIM members. It just recently opened for business and there are a couple of things that make it unique from all the countless other CPA networks out there. First, the level of fraud is minimal since membership is so selective - for both advertisers and publishers. To put his money where his mouth is, Rob is putting all affiliates on net-15 payments right out of the gates. Then after a month, if you show you are on the up and up, you will be put on weekly payments. There's even the possibility of being put on daily payments, which is unheard of unless you are a super affiliate. In addition, most of future training videos will be using offers from EliteROI so you'll want to sign up as soon as possible when you become a DominateIM member.

CPA Engine

CPA Engine is billed as the "Ultimate Affiliate Tool". It is not quite there yet, but it shows some real potential. Currently it contains a PPC tracking system (kind of like Prosper202), but with some neat upcoming features like multiple tracking pixels, referrer blanking, spoofing user agents, offer rotation and more. CPA Engine also includes an excellent web scraper which grabs urls from a variety of sources. What makes CPA Engine exciting though, is that the DominateIM programmers are open to feature suggestions from all members, and we should see be seeing some unique and cool capabilities in future versions.

As you can tell, I am really liking this new direction that DominateIM is heading in. The site is now more intended for intermediate level internet marketers who want to take their game to the next level. Just keep in mind that Dominate IM is not for people who are afraid taking risks and of losing money. Both the Direct Mail and Product Creation methods will cost you several grand just to get started. But that is also what makes the potential so great, since not too many people are willing to enter these types of markets. Plus we get to leverage Rob's experience and hands-on training to minimize our risk. Some members have already started joint-ventures with others on the site to help further spread the risk and learn together. The sky really is the limit here. Rob mentioned on the last conference call that the DominateIM membership monthly fee will soon be raised from $97 to $197, so now would be a good time to join and see what the site is all about. What's Going On At DominateIM

I haven't updated this site in quite awhile, as I've been consumed with implementing the different methods on DominateIM. So far, I am now up to $300 a day in profit using just a couple of different methods. There are quite a few new tutorials that have been put up since my last update. One of the more lucrative ones is the case study on using PPV (pay per view) to generate leads. This is a really nice whitehat method with lots of long term potential, but if you have never done PPV before, you can really lose your shirt with it. However, Rob has put together a really nice series of videos that shows step by step the whole process from beginning to end.

In the past three months, DominateIM has really grown a lot. New members are signing up everyday, and the forums are quite active with lots of good discussion. I've really been impressed by the community on the forums and the amount of knowledge being shared. The most popular thread on the forum right now revolves around a script that one member developed himself and is giving away for free. I've been using the script myself with one of the methods on DominateIM and it is completely awesome. If he sold the script on BlackhatWorld, I'm positive he could sell it for $200+ on the Buy/Sell/Trade forum.

We also got a preview of the new upcoming method/script and I get the feeling that everyone that gets in on it will make a killing with the method. It's completely evil, but the possibilities are endless. This is part of what makes DominateIM the place to be for any internet marketer. The knowledge you learn here is priceless.

As of today, I would say that the most developed techniques on the DominateIM membership site so far are the Offline CPA Marketing, Cooking Stuffing and YouTube Marketing. By developed, I mean you can read the lesson and start implementing the techniques right away. So of the others are setting the stage for discussion in the forums or for future lessons. Before taking the DominateIM plunge, make sure that you are confident in your ability to join the various CPA Affiliate Networks. Although the forums do discuss effective ways of getting accepted, I've noticed that some people still have issues with this.

Dominate Your Competition With DominateIM

Are you stuck trying to make money online? Have you read all the crappy e-books that discuss white hat techniques, black hat techniques, and nothing ever seems to work? Well a new, internet marketing membership site called Dominate IM (Dominate Internet Marketing) has just popped up which aims to show you the way. DominateIM is run by six guys, all who are well known and reputable members of the forum BlackHatWorld. They are John, Eric R, Mike (Smitty5168), Nick (Nick Flame), Eric S (UnlimitedPostings) and Rob (Nevarc). Each of these guys has their own specialty. If you hang around BHW enough, you'll know that each of these guys has their own specialty. Nick is a guru of YouTube marketing and Eric S is a Craigslist master. Check out the DominateIM sales thread and posts to get an idea of their credibility.




Membership to Dominate IM will set you back $97 a month. The site has been up an running since Oct 1st, 2008, so not all sections are complete yet. The main sections you'll probably be interested in are the Training and Forum sections. Training is currently divided into three sections: Fundamentals, White Hat and Black Hat and so far there are a total of 12 different techniques. Of course more will be added later in subsequent months. I've read through most of the different techniques, and some are better than others. There are a couple that are definitely unique and quite innovative. However, there are a few techniques that are lacking in detail, although I think that was done on purpose. For these techniques, I think the admins want to go into more detail on the forum.

Although DominateIM has only been up an running for a week so far, the forum is already quite active. By my estimate, there are already over 1000 posts and lots of members. This is quite a testament to the following that the Dominate IM admins have. The admins are pretty active on the forum, but I'm even more impressed by how helpful the community is. BlackhatWorld is known for its great community so this is actually not surprising. I do find the forum script (FireBoard) used to be a little unwieldy though. I like to browse new posts, but I find it annoying that it always scrolls to the last post in the thread. There's also no advanced search available which makes searching through posts a little difficult.



The big question is, will DominateIM make you money? Well like any site of this type, you'll need to work at it. Based on my personal experience with the program so far, I would have to say yes. I've already tried one Black Hat cookie stuffing technique and I've already made $70 with it after three days. This is recurring income, so I expect that figure to be a lot larger by the end of the month. There are quite a few money making ideas ideas to try, so you just need to take the time to implement them. Don't just listen to me, though. Do your due diligence and check out the sales thread. I think you'll be convinced.
